Elizabeth (Beth) A. Beatty
Beth has worked in the legal field for attorneys and the courts in various areas of the law since 1983. In 2005 she became certified by the Arizona Supreme Court as a Certified Legal Document Preparer (Certificate No. 80840) and in 2006 she started Florence Paralegal Services.
Beth has extensive experience in many areas of the law including real estate title, family law (divorce, child support, child custody), civil, criminal, probate and estate planning, guardianship, conservatorship, and business and non-profit entity formation. She is also a trained mediator.
Beth has been a resident of the Florence area for over 20 years. In that time, she has been very involved in her community. Currently, Beth is the Secretary of the Florence Lions Club and serves as the President and Chairman of the Board of Central Pinal Lions Foundation. Her previous positions have included Board Chair of the Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce, Zone Chairperson for Lions Club International, and several other positions with the Florence Lions Club. Beth has a passion for helping others and has utilized her legal expertise to assist numerous businesses and non-profit organizations in the Florence area.
